I do however have ~150+ Orokin Cells. Viver/Xini doesn't drop anything for me, but that's probably because I don't run Nekros when going there, well unless someone else is a Vauban. I have hundreds myself because i don't bother trying to farm them on Earth or whatever lower level planet. Lot of other resources are a much bigger hassle to get a hold of, like Neural sensors, or quantities of Orokin Cells (since prime weapons all require double digits of them).
