Sigils Visual Animation? Devstream 38

Hello, ive watched the old devstream 38 and it shows the sigils.
but i noticed the ones we have now is not animated? it isnt moving. 
was it cancelled out?

Sigils are animated from Rank 3. Before one of hotfixes, it was better shown in preview, but 3 tiers of sigils was animated, so i think its still same.

I really hope this is the case. There are a lot of Tier 3 & 4 sigils that I am interested in, whereas the last tier designs I'm not as excited about.

I checked this and bought Fractal sigil from Suda wich is rank 3 reward, and it is animating. It's hard to see if you have bright color of sigil. On black sigil and blue frame energy it's easy to see.
