Question

I have played the game for 80 hours and im on mastery rank 5

Right now i have frost not potatoed on 30 lvl with a 6/10 redirection and dread potatoed with a critical build but still need to

level up my mods.My second is akbolto but i really use it rarely and didnt leveled up secondary mods.Melee is orthos prime

with a pressure point 5/6 and elemental mods changing according to the factions.

My Vaubans construction will finish tomorrow.I have sold some parts and rare mods to get enough plat to buy an orokin reactor for my vauban.I also have a built ready for Vauban which includes flow streamline continuity fleeting expertise and redirection.I also have 2 forma blueprints.

But I really dont know what to do next or how to get stronger.Thats what i'm asking you

I don't think we can give you good advice on how to stop feeling like a noob until you explain why you feel like a noob.

Obviously ranked mods are better than unranked mods, so I guess that's something to work in...?

To get stronger, you should really focus on building up mods to upgrade your weapons. Multishot mods, damage%+ mods, elemental mods, etc.

Potato your frost (or make and potato another frame) when you manage to get a yukon gold potato. But definitely branch out to other frames; each frame has a niche and are good for specific things, so having multiple frames will greatly expand your ability to address specific factions and situations.

I also suggest running Tower Void missions since those tend to drop rare mods, especially from void treasure rooms.

play and grind to get credit, cores and plat (by selling stuff)

potato your frames

potato your weapons

max your damage mods (serration, heavy caliber, multishot, hornet strike etc)

max your crit/elemental mods

forma to fit them all

endgame

wait for updates and new stuff

endgame again (repeat above)

If you cannot afford a Catalyst for all/most of your weapons, a maxed serration/hornet strike will only be holding you back unless you get another copy and rank it too. I'd say a rank 6 of both is enough.

all frames should have maxed redirection and maxed vitality. and when it comes to frost you need a max steel fiber aswell.

I've been running a 8/10 Redirection & 7/10 Vitality since along long time now. Maxed durability mods are not needed. Armor only really matters on Valkyr so that's a no-no for a maxed Steel Fiber aswell.

and then ofcourse your maxed flow and stuff.

Redirection I kind of agree with but im not so sure on vitality. As a mag, I could use that mod space for something that would give me much greater benefit and trump my hp.  I have used vitality on her when I first started and noticed it did very little in terms of saving my butt when shields were down due to my low base hp to begin with.  The return just wasnt of value for that particular frame.

Actually the problem is my warframe and weapons are not enough for me i have the serration and redirection high enough but 30 lvl+ enemies are a bit hard. And in 40 i noticed that i just keep casting snow globe because i am taking too much damage.Im not thinking to change my dread or vauban for now but my melee and secondary is pretty bad.

I can lvl up the mods on dread and my warframe mods so thats not the real problem.

I want a good secondary and melee.Besides im thinking to get myself a boltor because everyone uses it but i couldnt make sure.

EDIT:I also want to get some prime stuff whats your recommendation?

If you want to farm Nekros, you can obtain his parts from the Orokin Derelict Assassination run, the boss drops them. As to the rest of the issues you mentioned, one bit of advice is to not be in too much of a hurry to get everything, and also try to not measure your success against how many frames or weapons you have. I'd recommend playing the game to have fun first and foremost, and the gear actually comes easier, seemingly, at least in my experience. I have been playing for a bit more than a year now, and have about 500 hours in the game, but I am continually learning new things and finding cool stuff to see and do in the game. I took a break from the game shortly after the Cicero Crisis event stopped, and so there are many many new things to do and see for me, mods to farm, and so forth. Basically I guess, stop and appreciate the stuff that's there to see and do rather than rushing to get the next frame or weapon. This is all my own opinion of course, and you should play the game in whatever manner you find to be rewarding and fun for you; this is how I find the game to be the most fun for me, and my style of play.

As you play more, and you begin to be more comfortable with your frames and their abilities, you'll find you have an affinity for certain ones over others, and tend to gravitate toward certain play style, whether as a support for the group, or as a up front damage dealer or as a more tanky sort of play style. That's great, and shows that you are maturing in the game's world, but also try not to forget  the other frames and weapons at that point. There are lots of players that have figured out cool new ways to play just by experimenting with frame and weapon combos that are not of the usual sort, and it makes the overall experience of the game better for all of us.

Summary: Take your time playing, both as you acquire new gear, and in actually playing missions, there are always new things to find and loot if you only take the time to look for them. Keep an open mind regarding frames and weapons. rather than accepting the opinions of other players regarding a item, try that item out in various combos and see if in reality that item can fit into your play style well, or maybe even change your game up a bit and make it better. Of course, take other's opinions and advice into account, but form your opinions based on actual experience rather than accepting other's as gospel. It might be for them, but you are your own player, and each one of us plays our way.

Finally, Good luck, and happy gaming.

i'm under the impression that armor has an effect on snow globe. hence the max steel fiber.

my suggestion for a new player without plat would be:

pick a handful of items, focus on getting them maxed and then start grinding. play Void keys that has rewards you can sell (i.e Bo Handle, Boltor bp) and use that to buy potatoes.

getting potatoes on stuff makes the biggest differance.

i was 8 and 9/10 too for a long while yeah. that's a good suggestion. the rank 10 mods you can run at 9 instead of 10 because the last rank is insanely expensive for what you get.
