  • "Level 15 Exterminate" is 6,000.

    The average amount of Affinity you can expect for doing an Exterminate mission around that level.

     

  • "T3 Exterminate" is 20,000.

    The average amount of Affinity you can expect for doing a Tower 3 Exterminate mission.

     

  • "T3 Defense" is 150,000.

    The average amount of Affinity you can expect for doing a Tower 3 Defense mission until something good drops or the enemies scale too high for average players.

     

  • "Long ODD" is 600,000.

    The average amount of Affinity you can expect for doing an Orokin Derelict Defense run until a weapon you are carrying has ranked up from 0 to 16 from the standard shared Affinity gain formula.

     

  • "4-Forma Weapon" is 2,700,000.

    This is the amount of Affinity you need to gain in order to rank up a weapon to 30, apply 4 Forma on it, and rank it back up to 30 for use.

     

  • "Usable Affinity Cap" is 3,600,000.

    This is, previously, the maximum amount of useful Affinity you could gain in a single mission.  That is, if you were to go into a mission with an unranked Warframe, primary weapon, secondary weapon, melee weapon, Sentinel, and Sentinel weapon.  In this mission, if you were to gain enough Affinity to rank all of that gear to rank 30 in one run, it would require this much Affinity to be distributed to you.

 

  • "Viver" is 4,050,000.

    People have reported gaining 9000 standing in one mission.  This is the Affinity needed to gain that standing.

     

  • "Obtain One Weapon Mod" is 43,200,000.

    This is the amount of Affinity you need to gain from the point you join a Syndicate to the point where you can purchase a single weapon mod.

     

  • "Obtain One Warframe Mod" is 119,250,000.

    This is the amount of Affinity you need to gain from the point you join a Syndicate to the point where you can purchase a single Warframe mod

 

Another number to show just how rediculous this is:

The minimum (theoretical) amount of total affinity needed to get from mastery rank 3 (syndicate start) to Mastery rank 18 is 118,125,000.

This was a long LONG standing issue with exp gain and abusing game mechanics for hours on end

 

Its not just syndicates

 

Its not just Viver

 

Its EXP gain being far higher than it should whether viver or any other node

The assumption is that because DE hasn't taken immediate, instant action, that they must be sitting there twiddling their thumbs.  Syndicates have barely been out for a whole month yet, they can still gather data and discuss amongst themselves how best to fix to problem.  Sure, people have offered a number of solutions but they have to carefully consider what they do.  Cut the devs some slack.

I ask this as someone that doesn't farm anything (too lazy), or touch the three frames that got nerfed. What exactly do you call what they just did?

I just wish less stuff in warframe depended on plain and simple murdering. If syndicate rep depends on kills that I feel like having a facepalm. Tie it to something challenging, maybe team focused. Some sort of special objectives, achievements, challenges, nightmare style missions, conclave rank limits, restrictions, debufs.

Sindicate alert Missions are realy hard enought + requiere alot skill to complete it so what a bout boosting those alert reward form 1200 to 5000 would give player who has a job + realife some progress for the sindicate progress.

Syndicate mission are hard enough? Not the ones I see and its just normal missions or those at higher rank go way up in level? But reward should be boosted though.

Maybe making Mastery Rank a multiplier for any Rep earned would also help.

 

How?

 

 

1. Players who have already spent a LOT of hours grinding to get high Mastery don't need to spend another year grinding for the new content.

2. Gives Mastery beyond Rank 8 a use beside bragging rights.

I think it would be pretty balanced to have every mastery rank you get give you that number more mastery rank. so MR2 gets 2x, mr 15 get 15x. I think that is fair.

Around rank 4 they are significantly harder. Especially since you have to solo them (very few rank 4 players in same syndicate). Missions like defense are hardly worth the time.

Mob levels 45+ are the start of mission and increase in survivals. I'm not sure if this is tied to MR or not (heard something about scaling but never confirm). Anyhow, I'm MR 17 with all good gear and I occasionally fail a few.

Warframe selection based on mission type is critical.

this clearly explains why people are so mad. I like how well put it is. I might add a suggestion of giving a bonus to rep gain to players with higher mastery standings. should make this goal easier on the players who already put in 500+ hours in missions playing the game.
