Vor In Void Teleporting Under Map

basicaly ya me an some friend was doin t4 exterminate and we was fighting for he was teleporting around we got him to 5% health he teleports an ends up under the map we had he marked he fell an fell an fell until he died an we got nothing

Today ive been doing t4 md over and over(at least 6 time) every time we waited for vor he was dying when coming. Im farming for vor and i cant get his drops. The bad part its that this bug has been for a few months now and they've done nothing to fix it.

Saw this myself. Easily seen in a room that has four staircases (each with pressure plates link to either death orb or turret), elevators, and white tree things (wide open area hard to describe). There is an area on the upper floor, accessed by the elevators, that has a white tree under a large pane of glass (not accessible) and sometimes Vor will teleport down under the glass on top of the tree but can still soot you through the glass where as you can not.
