"reflection" Is Being Bipolar.

Taking a step back from all the recent crap:

 

Reflection is broken, but in a simple way. When channeling and blocking (namely to utilize Parry) in Solo, it does not use energy. However, in Public, it does. That is to say, when damage from Reflection is dealt, it is treated as a channeled hit, draining the 5 energy for every damage tick. That adds up against the Grineer. Again, though, this is ONLY online.

 

So, which is it? Does it use energy or not? Either way, it needs to be consistent, and a fix would be very much appreciated.
