Scypher Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 The Earth boss has the best chance to drop it percentage wise, but everyone in the Earth mission has a chance to drop them. Even the containers and lockers have a chance to drop them. Problem is they are extremely rare. GL on finding what ya need I farmed it for all one night and didn't get it than the next morning I tried the boss once and got lucky and got it.
