Kicked From 2+ Hour Survival

This isn't a rant, I am just curious if this has happened to anyone else and I want DE to know this is happening. The other night some clan members and myself were 2 hours into a survival. Anyone one who has gone 90+ minutes knows that the 5 min drops can be stingy with the r5s, but this was not the case. Every other drop was a 5 pack. We even found a coolant leak and quick thinking. Around 2 hours 15 min we were all kicked and didn't get diddly squat. (ok maybe this is a bit of a rant)

 

The problem is that this is not the first time this has happened. I can think of 3 other times were we were thrown from the mission and lost all our time and r5s. My question is has this happened to you and does anyone know of a type of safety or trick to keep this from happening?
