Bio-terrorism with something as volatile, unpredictable, all-consuming and fast-spreading as the Infested is a risk I commend them for taking and not yet failing to keep them in check, but don't condone using them as a weapon when the results could be disastrous. That is, unless the Red Veil have found a way to control the Infested without Alad V's collar...
