Any reason why Warframe would need this enabled? get Win32OpenSSL_Light-1_0_1j.exe run launcher make sure its in 32 bit mode extract to Warframe\Downloaded\Public\Tools\OpenSSL\x86 dont know what version they are using but I will take a look at it you can do the same for x64, just do the same with the x64 version of OSSL.
