Dran
I couldn't play the Mutalist Incursion event at all during the first few days - internet issues + my sister giving birth to my soon-to-be-awesome nephew leaves me little time for warframe (hard to believe, right?) I managed to finish the Kill-X-enemies bounties in order to unlock the survival node, but couldn't find much time to actually run the survival mission for the puncture mod sets. On the last night of the event, I decided to stay up a couple more extra hours to try and finish the event. After a few unsuccessful attempts (people insist on leaving at the 20-minute mark), I was about to give up, until a group of nice fellows decided to help me get my event rewards. We started the run roughly 15 minutes before the event timer is over. We hacked, we slashed, we blew stuffs up like the space ninjas that we are for 40 minutes and decided that was enough. http://imgur.com/98lfvCv Back to my Liset, I eagerly opened my inbox - No Incursion rewards. The Lotus was silent and cold. http://imgur.com/xfjCSqS Is there any chance that DE will shed a drop of sympathy onto this loyal Tenno and reward me with Puncture mods sweetness? Or will I have to cough up shiny platinum to strangers on trade channel? TL;DR: Started Event survival run 15 minutes before the timer runs out, stayed for 40 minutes, did not get Event Mods. Will DE help?
Tsukinoki
That's a common thing when finishing anything past the time limit (invasions, infestation outbreaks, and events).I would suggest sending in a ticket to support here: http://support.warframe.comI would include the screenshots of the time. You may get support to help you but then again you may not.Wish you luck. Dran
Thanks for the tip guys, I will make a support ticket right away. Out of curiosity: How does DE normally handle these kind of situations?
