Maybe others disagree from a balance perspective, but it just seems i dunno, needlessly burdensome. I,ve already unlocked them once, they should stay unlocked. Bernkastal Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Because you actually changed the warframe. Though the levels at which you get upgraded abilities needs to be addressed. Currently it isn't till level 25 or so that I get desecrate level 2. It feels like early abilities don't get given to you early enough to made a difference leveling. , I'd appreciate having access to tier 3 1st ability and tier 2 2nd ability by level 18.
