Steve's avatar is actually "Pink Shorts" frame. Steve is infamous for wearing pink shorts. On one stream he made a Pink Shorts frame on Paint. Someone with actually drawing talent made an actual picture of the frame for him & a 3D model. At least, that's how I remember it happening. Anyways, the dragon looking things on its head are just a coincidence. Edit: Or was it a Red Text frame? Idk. It's one of the 2. NTY looks cool though but meh this thing wuld be mastery fodder for me only The idea was that Dragon was to be a strong melee tank, so you could use the V for something like Steel Charge, although Rifle Amp would work just as well. As Balthazar pointed out, it's easy enough to polarize it with Forma. Forma drops like candy anyway (currently at 80 unbuilt blueprints, good Lord, that means it'd take me 3 months and a lot of Neural Sensor farming to make them all without using platinum). As he have wings as signature "syndanda", will they spread ?! Like while jumping off from heights or other maneuvers. Won't they obstruct the view? Not that thats bad, but seeing as we are closer to U 15.5 than U 16 he will most likely be added as a .5 Frame. (I think... Probably... Maybe...)
