My guess is it's so that people can't reach 3 or 4 times the max standing in one sydicate, level up its enemy to max, and then keep them both in a perpetual state at maximum level. geninrising Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 It is actually possible to have 4 reps maxed quite easily. I have Steel Meridian, Arbiters of Hexis, Cephalon Suda, and Red Veil all maxed. From where I am it is possible to max a 5th however it would require a ton of mind numbing work to balance the rewards and negatives and I cannot be bothered to fight with that.
