What's Best For Grineer/void: Radiation+Viral Or Corrosive+Blast?

I'm using viral + radiation (and of course magnetic) on my synoid, and it works like a charm against those corrupted bombards/ Unfortunately it is not that good against moas. And Heavies takes a bit more time to put down.

So basically it's what is more of a threat to you : bombards - viral + rad

Blast is not beneficial against Armor targets. For Grineer i like to run Radiation, and also Viral if my weapon have a good status chance, since viral doesn't deal extra damage when armor is active and the only benefit of it is its proc, in my opinion anyway. For Void, since they added in Bombards using Corrosive/Cold is a good choice now since Alloy take more damage against Cold.

Well in high level void those bombards are quite a pain to me, so maybe I should use a build with radiation+viral in the void, corrosive+heat(or double corrosive?)against Grineer in general and a corpus loadout as third option.

Sounds good?

Also do you think it's best to aim for raw damage or status chance (89% sounds promising. ..)?

Grineer: Rad+Toxin. Why? Magnetic damage is heavily mitigated by Alloy armor, so we need an element to counter that. Toxin is slightly effective against Ferrite armor.

Void: Corrosive+Cold. Why? Heavy Gunners have 2-3x the effective health of a Bombard. Need to build to counter those massive health sinks.

And why 3 elements? So you can install Damage, both Multishot mods, Seeker, and a +RoF mod.

Status on continuous weapons is deceptive. The listed status is per second of firing, and +RoF mods don't affect it. So each tick only has a portion of the status chance. 90% status in arsenal is only 9% chance to proc on the first tick (when a proc is most useful).
