Chroma, The New Dragon Frame (Teased In Devstream 45, 46, Tennolive) Anticipation Megathread

I am so mixed. Chroma looks kinda neat, but there are some rather large changes I'd have made (mainly the head). He...certainly isn't what I was expecting, especially from a "dragon" frame. Still, I think I can get used to it, and he looks pretty cool in his own right..

Only thing I don't like is his helmet, the rest of him is alright. Reminds me of a mix of Ash with Steve's attempt at drawing a warframe a long time ago.

But that snout seems a bit too long.  And thin.

Its that time of the year again. The "x" warframe is revealed and a mass of posters whine about how "ugly" it is and how it doesn't fit the aesthetics of previous "W" frame.

 

Then a few months later, the same posters whine after the reveal of "Y" frame and how it doesn't fit in with previous "X" frame.

ive been wrong before but this tops everything

 

i was under the delusion that some of my designs wouldve been used in the dragon frame...im in a way glad they werent

 

that way people might actually like the new frame

P.D: saw the "he has a faceplate" thread, I'm a little more optimistic about his design now....body still looks like beef jerky though.

Seriously, I don't see how they didn't make it resemble a Dragon frame, its not that hard to make the muzzle a lil bigger
