Obviously tango music plays if player accepts. Enemies around have 40% chance to get stunned and stay there watching. Also, if enemies try to walk over the player and derf it gets knocked off its feet Frame dancing takes reduced damage, but can only shoot in certain moments. If player dancing shoots derf, it inmediately ends with him crying.
