plants showing scanned when not

Depending on the location/direction a plant is viewed from in the screen shot location in ticket #654344, one or more will show up Green in the scanner but it will report them already scanned when its not. Bounding boxes with a few extra pounds?

I also get it in other locations but this one is reproducible. I stand in between the 2 broken ramps and scan into the circular area on the right of the water fall for it to happen. But if I go into the circular area I can then scan them
