Strict Nat Problem

Question

I'm not able to fix the Strict NAT problem. I've done port forwarding and making static IP already, but the problem is seems to persist.

My router is ADSL Belkin N300. (Model No. F9j1005v1) and my setting is like this (other than that is the default setting)

I check the result at http://portchecker.net and it's passed.

However at http://www.canyouseeme.org/ , it said "Connection Refused"

If it says connection refused, it means that nothing is blocking that port via TCP but no service is using it.
Canyouseeme.org can't detect UDP ports, which this game needs by default 3960 & 3962 separately.

EDIT: Noticed that you tested UDP ports as well, hmm it seems that this game needs more ports to be open.
Have you tried opening OUTGOING ports 80 & 443? (should be TCP and/or UDP)

Personally, when I got a new modem then the game says that all systems are optimal even if I block access to it completely from windows firewall to port blocking in modem, lol. This game is literally bugged in every possible way in networking.

EDIT2: Test with DMZ if the problem persists and if it doesn't then some kind of port is being blocked and if it does then something is broken in the game or in the operating system.

Thanks for answering and advices, ProxySDK.

After I've been testing it, DMZ doesn't seem to work (got the same result). Also setting the port to TCP/UDP got the same result.

I guess I'll try to find more answer in a while, And if I'm able to fix it somehow, I'll let you know.

PS. Belkin F9j1005v1 doesn't even have its own support page....really

I solved my problem, as follows:
I have two routers, one connected to the Internet and another to spread via wifi.
I configured the first to bridge mode and I have no longer strict NAT problems
