DALOS
I'm talking end game here, is there a good number of whips that can last in high tier?
DeMonkey
Someone's in a 50 shades mood ;) Crit built atterax is probably good enough.
TentownsRaid
Atterax would be you're best bet whip wise.
RexRgisIocus
Atterax. Its almost as good (if not as good) as T-Bone Axes.
(PSN)CoolD2108
Definitly Atterax. A lil slow but has enough crit for a dezent berserk build!
DeMeritus
Atterax. Especially if you're playing a valkyr. If you're equipping it on Valkyr, make sure to put a maxed out True Steel and Organ Shatter on there before anything else. Try hysteria before that build, and then after. See what happens. Avarice-Syn
I was told by someone that Scoliac is better than Atterax. Any credit to that? Edited February 14, 2015 by Avarice-Syn
(PSN)CoolD2108
I was told by someone that Scoliac is better than Atterax. Any credit to that? Faster+better status chance.... thats good on its own, especially for weapons that have a wide range like whips. Most people play melee for close-range support. If you are one of them-use the Scoliac. For melee main Atterax.
.Talia.
Scoliac
Kihana
I was told by someone that Scoliac is better than Atterax. Any credit to that? 5x the number of targets, faster base attack speed, higher base damage, slightly higher status chance. Crit chance and damage cannot compare. They are different weapons, each with their own niche.
Lazmarr
+1 to Scoliac also has stun-lock capabilities :P
Gurosan
i found that i really enjoy running lecta as my melee weapon, especially now with primed reach. good times ^_^
Avarice-Syn
I'm currently playing as Valkyr, and as I understand what you're saying: Scoliac = Crowd Control Atterax = Single Target DPS Which would mean that Atterax makes more sense since Valkyr is more of a single target nuke with her Warframe ability being more of an augment to her attacks. It doesn't really seem like anyone mentions using her AS steroid in the guides that I've read, but by estimate DPS with Atterax should surpass Scoliac on any other frame on a single target. Right? Kuestenjung
Like many people already said, Atterax but I personally dislike both whip stances.
