What Upgrading Sentinels Skills Does?

I tried to upgrade Regen and Gardien, but I find it doesn't gain more utility than a lvl 1 mod. Did I missed something?

Regen no,not yet.  Guardian yes. Mor shields restored.

Really? I thought leveling regen increased the amount of health the sentinel respawned with.

Also, what is with the rest of the skills? Like Ghost and Warrior, Revenge, ect

Warrior - Increases maximum attack range.

Revenge - Same as above, I think.

Ghost - Increases range which the Shade turns you invisible.

Also, not to repeat the obvious, bet place for this kind of information (more complete) is the wiki for warframe. Updated by the people who know more than me.

I cannot even count the times my sentinel saved my behind.  In my case I never run without one.

And yes, it can rack quite a kill count especially if you give it a good set of weapon mods.

 

Word of warning (based on my personal experience):

 

Avoid using the Warrior mod unless the sentinel's health and shields are properly upgraded as well... this is because with the Warrior mod the sentinel will attempt to attack the enemies at first sight and it may not have the ability to withstand the enemy hits.  

 

The most valuable sentinel mods for me are Guardian, crowd dispersion, ghost, vitality, redirection and steel skin.  Only after ranking these up a bit do I begin enjoying the benefits of warrior without fearing a dead sentinel on my hands :D
