Which Frost?

So Im already done building frost's systems,helmet and chassis, still dont have the main Frost Warframe Blueprint. And I have an Aura Helmet for Frost. Should i build it? then after leveling it up to 30, which means i could get Mastery Point every time frost level up. Then After some week or month, I'll sell it and exchange with a prime? Im confused :(

Frost is Frost.

Frost Prime is Frost Prime.

Both can use the Aurora helmet.

 

Treat them as different frames that share a helmet.

Frost prime have 4 skill + 3 polarity slot ,normal frost only have 4 for skill + 2

ooh, didn't knew a prime can use an aura helm (silly me). Well, im in need for mastery rank, maybe ill go for frost first :) thanks for the feedbacks :D

Could anyone actually point to DE saying this? AFAIK it was just a different 2 polarities, not an extra one.
