EST (I live in the same time zone DE is in). They are willing to work overtime if they're close to finishing. They've done it before and I don't doubt they'll do it again if need be. I'd estimate that it would come sometime within the next 2 hours and 30 minutes at the earliest. As for when comes out, just hang on tight. I know is hard to do so on different time zone but as far as my experience been with previous major updates only time will tell... And still: Updates get released the same time for the past 2 years or so. And suddenly you expect them to be earlier. It's usually.... 23:00~ 00:00 over here when updates hit... that's in 2 or 3 hours... + eventual delay...
