So, I went and accepted everything inside of the sanctuary in the Tenno relay but the quest isn't appearing in the codex. Do I have to actually capture the units listed or is the quest not appearing a bug? I only ask because in the update 16 notes, it says after going to the sanctuary and coming back to the liset the quest should appear.
