TS is our primary communication channel but if you ask both in clan and alliance you have a good chance to find someone to help you. However, we are a casual guild and there is not always going to be ppl online who can help you. As for questions and such, as long as you check the wiki and patch notes to have a somewhat good idea of things we don't mind answering questions you can't find the answer to there, if we know the answer.
