Dual Monitors - Poor performance after switching to secondary monitor as of 5.4

Before 5.4, while in Borderless Full Screen mode, I could windows key-shift-Left/Right the program to either of my monitors without suffering a loss of performance. After 5.4, if I shift it to my secondary monitor, my framerate drops in half - in fact, it seems to lock itself to 30. Also, my card is not detected as PhysX-capable.

GTX 560 Ti

8GB RAM

Clear the Cache in the Launcher.

Just did. No improvement.

This is odd. If it retains the space left from my taskbar when I shift it over, it runs fine. If I change the settings and remove the space, it locks to 30.

Please don't do this this -- it should only be used the game is crashing due to corrupt content. Poor muti-mon performance is not likely to be related to anything you've downloaded.
