Kasumi-
Why is it white? It's a difficult color to see in....every situation. Why not have the targeting laser just match our energy color? It should.
taiiat
perhaps matching Energy Color + a background so that it can always be seen. an inverted background (say a 2px outline). or a Black background, that would be okay too. i do find myself usually able to see it, but in the constant screenshake and tons of bright flashing lights in Warframe, i can definitely see it being lost in the middle of combat. FrostboundFlame
to be honest, I see more use for that targeting laser thing when you're not in direct combat. Like, for example, you need to bounce a shot, you've got it all planned out in your head, and you need to hit a point to get it to work. assuming you've got a moment, the laser lets you line that up. As for an in-combat solution, taking time to learn how the arc works with various mods is incredibly useful, for any form of grenade-based weapon. Evil_Brick
I think the targeting indicator needs some improvement as well. Being dependent on energy color is a good first step.

It should. Outside of snow levels white should be the easiest thing to see. But giving you the option is good. Except that now the nade color is not going to be some cosmetic thing for fun. It's going to be colored for what the played sees best.

I only ever noticed it was there because I zoned out and was staring at a wall in front of me, and the laser was pointing at it.
