Massive Inventory Loss From Last Patch.

I'm still waiting on any response at all from Support, so this is getting a little bit frustrating.

After the last patch, nearly all of my weapons disappeared.  I can only begin to list them, as I had a pretty huge arsenal by this point.  The (four) I'm left with don't seem to share any distinguishing characteristics; one I bought with Plat, one was Prime Access, and the other two I built in the Foundry.  None of my Sentinels, Frames, Archwings, or Archwing Weapons were affected.  

As far as I can tell, I'm not missing any Platinum or other items, so it doesn't seem like this was just someone getting into my account and messing with me by selling stuff (I've changed my password just in case).

Has anyone else seen something like this lately?  Has Support actually responded to you?  It's been over 2 days now, and with a timed event running, it'd be nice to have even acknowledgement of the problem.

I noticed that after the patch I have lost some alt. arcane and regular helmet blueprints :/ (I checked and double checked if I accidentally built them but they are completely gone...)
