So basically If you have a weapon with a 20% crit and you put a 100% crit mod in Its not going to crit 100% its going to crit 40%. This makes crit mods worthless on weapons with really low base crit like boltor, bolto, and akbolto. P.S. Damn fast typers beat me to it.
