ShawnV2
So i had an interesting discovery. Seems after updating my motherboard and ethernet card driver (not sure specifically which one), i had a noticeable drop in fps. Roughly about 15-20 fps. Luckily i created a restore point right before the driver update. Just thought i should share. Edited May 6, 2015 by ShawnV2

ShawnV2
If you're comfortable trying again, I'm curious which driver is actually causing the problem. Definitely the motherboard driver. [Toshiba: ZSWAA] intel 8 series driver 10.026. Seems the fps was a bit exaggerated, it's only around 10 but pretty noticeable.
