Having Trouble With Vortex.

The skill vortex doesn't work for me, I think it's because of off-host. Every time i drop it, it just drops a white ball that does nothing at all.  Just wondering If it's happening to other people.
 

 

EDIT: I've heard from many people you have to have all FOUR of his abilities to use Vortex.

Seems to work when you have all four equipped.

You cannot throw it through frosts shield, Becomes a dud

I haven't had any issues with it my own self, I guess I'm just lucky

I think this is kind of stupid, Even though I usually have all four equipped, it would be nice to use it at a lower level.

They should try and fix this, I hear alot of people saying it doesn't work in the global and i always tell them this

It worked for me the first couple times but every time after that, no luck, just a waste of energy for me atm :/

It always works for me, You just got to make sure to have all four equipped, I haven't had any white balls afterwards
