Selecting To View "deck" From Your Profile Causes Showstopper Ui Bug

When selecting to view the "Deck" from within my profile the artifacts UI appears, but instead of my artifacts I am presented with a single UI element that looks similar to a mod card; the card states: "Gina Inox - Commander of Grineer Death Squads" accompanied by a portrait of a cyborg woman. There is a button on the bottom left that says "Random Mission". 

This UI cannot be dismissed- there is no close button and pressing "Esc" does not dismiss it. I can select other menus (Arsenal, Foundry, etc) but if I back completely out to return to the solar system view, this "deck" UI element remains active and obscures vision. I cannot enter any game, I am stuck in this UI. When I select to logout, I am returned to the login screen and the "deck" UI persists. I have to relaunch the client in order to continue playing.
