Vauban Powers Not Working

In a number of games now I have deployed the Vortex power, the energy to activate the power has been deducted and ..... nothing.... the power sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't.

Sometimes you get no animation and creatures get pulled in towards the vortex. However, most of the time its a dud.

Can dev's look into this.

Same for me a little silver ball shows up and no effect

Have you had all 4 of Vauban's abilities on when vortex didn't work? Currently I've found that you need ALL of Vauban's abilities on the warframe in order for vortex to work correctly. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but it's how it is for now.

This is correct. You need all 4 in for Vortex to work and 1 in 25 will still be a dud.

That kinda sucks. Also, I have been told that tesler doesnt work on Infested? Can anyone confirm?

Can't confirm, but I wouldn't be shocked (hahaha). Infested are resistant to elec damage (my Volt has to use his Boltor/Bolto/gigantic Broadsword)

Actually you don't need all four. I was doing an infested mission so I took out tesla and vortex still worked

I am also have an issue where Bounce does not work in the same way vortex doesn't. Energy is deducted the ball is thrown out but it doesn't do anything.

Check this same thing you posted, When you have them all equipped it should work, I've found out though you cant throw it through frosts shield or it duds
