GatsuRage Posted May 18, 2013 Share Posted May 18, 2013 (edited) As the title say, the hostage can be left in his cell without even need to actually rescue him, and finish the mission with no challange at all. I really not sure if someone else reported this already... but I see this problem since like 2 days I think and I was hoping the last patch would fix this.. Anyway, heres an screenshot I took: http://k38.kn3.net/1F3F290CF.jpg As can see on the pic, I can see the hostage on his cell and I don't even have any enemy radar artifact or mod on myself... the green dot is obviously the hostage, and thanks to this automatically find of the hostage.. I don't even need to pull him out of his cell. I hope this can be fixed soon.. becouse even if I pull him out of his cell, more then 1 time he gets stucks on walls and such ( (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻ ) but well thats another different problem lol Thanks for read! Pave Posted May 18, 2013 Share Posted May 18, 2013 Given how buggy the hostage itself is at the moment (getting stuck in outrageous spots; not able to climb up or jump down; body and bullet-blocking, etc. numerous amounts of reasons you will even tually wish you could euthanize the hostage (because s/he is a traitor to Tenno in the end)). This is an oldish bug, which has become more and more common during past few weeks. However, in my view, at the moment this could be considered as a legimate exploit, given how numerous times you're assigned into mission where Tenno gets handicapped (Spy; Deception; etc.). Not to mention once again the hostage itself is downright an annoyance / burden only. I.E. Fight the bugs with the bugs until the they get actually fixed or eventually more fine tuned. Don't get me wrong, I do understund your point of view as i'm also a player... but I really hope both things be fixed at the same time, and no 1 and after a while the other.. the mission is not enjoyable at the current state of it. People should be more concern about this, and not just accept it as a legitmate exploit (which probably 80%+ of the community do) However, I'm sure devs will see your point of view, and probably they wont fix this problem before fix the path stuck on walls/doors problem of the hostage as well.
