Unless the final product will look quite different from the concept art, which I hope. Tell that to Miss My Little Pony, also known as Nova. Mag looks very cool but she sure doesn't look deadly. And Mirage looks quirky and clown-like. I guess we've been playing different videogames if you think Warframes all look "deadly". There are times when I really wonder why the dev decides that some stuff should be new things instead of skins, and why some stuff are skin instead of new things... Proto-Valkyr (temp name to denote Valkyr before her mutilation) would have been good material for a new frame (with different stats, passives and abilities), at least potentially more significantly different than some frame are from their prime counterparts. Yes, I would like to see that in-game, but I really hesitate if it is just a (lore-inconsistent) skin. My sentiments exactly!! Pre-Corpus Valkyr needs to be a different Warframe. This Warframe here? I'm of the mind Vaklyr was never a different Warfarme, but rather a variation of what she is now; she drew her power from a different emotion - battle-lust blood knight-style, rather than a berserker from anger. I'd say this is good evidence for that, as it also keeps them from falling into the nasty trap of whether or not a Valkyr Prime could exist or if it would have different powers. There's nothing here that's not lore-inconsistant, merely not the headcanon you and others thought (which is so often the case). A Warframe may not have to look deadly, but it can still look cool as hell. I think this fits. Personally, I really like this and I'm hoping DE doesn't change anything about this (tail or braid or whatever). Definitely shows off what the Corpus did to her - skinning her most of all. The metal scarring is still there, so she's still Valkyr as we know her, but she no longer bears the physical marks of Corpus torture. Aye, I'm of the mind that making her Prime a completely new frame of some kind would be more harm than good. Don't let the ability kit try and show you what the Corpus did to her, let the personality the most vocal Warframe displays through her abilities do that. Im only speculating on the arm blades not the way she looks, 2sci-fi4me That Valkyr prime concept is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, I don't mind how much it will take to farm, because if DE does it, 100% identical like this concept, I am not going to farm, I will buy it, no matter how much plat it will take, DE artists always messes up fan concepts, Why is so hard to do it?, just pay a good money to the designer, get the concept and do it, I am sure DE gets lots of money, they can buy that or offer work to the guy/girl that did it, I don't know, for once, this Valkyr prime is by far the best one, Are you going to let that design die into whatever DE drunk designers thinks?, I don't want it to became another ugly Zeppyr, Oh god please NO. As for the Proto-Valkyr skin that is coming, I really LOVE it, that's not how I thought Pre-Valkyr was, I thought she was like that prime concept art, but without the bling bling, but I still like her design because she can easily be converted to Prime with all that gold, I like how she looks with the tail and all, I am definitely buying it, no doubts. But I am scared, If the design changes, only a bit, a single detail, like removing the tail or something changes on Valkyr Prime, I am not going to buy it, it looks majestic right now, that's by far the best thing DE designers have made talking about skins, and the best one from Valkyr prime concepts around the internet, DE I swear, If you mess it up, I will never, never forgive you guys T__T, She's my favorite frame, DO IT NOW, give it to me, I have the money I don't care!!! They are not. They are all drawn rather a long time ago, and if you do not like them that is fine. They are all part of my quest to discover her true form - that DE just revealed to us. Well, the Lotus warframe was more for fun. And for the record, I like this new concept art of theirs alot. Just all remember that CONCEPT's do not represent the final model. Aa for the new design I think it IS a modern Valkyrie, considering how their helmets were depicted in art. I tried to draw it from the front real fast, and it fits quite well.
