But if they were stuck on Caloris like I was, then the situation is in no way their fault, and I very much dislike the fact that, far as I can tell, that glitch is still there.

I reset, and I was fully aware of the consequences. All you have to do is find a friend that will unlock Kappa + Xini for you, and it's all glory and happy days from there.
Otaiken Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Steve actually described how they do the reset on one of the livestreams. The pretty much make a new account under your name, then they add all the stuff that you get to keep (platinum, primes, etc.) and then they just delete your old account. Only way to get your stuff back would be to go into your account again and just manually put all of the stuff there (hundreads of mods, lol). And that's assuming they actually have some kind of log of what you had in the first place. So yeah, it's irreversible for a reason I'm afraid.

Now here I am stuck at mercury with nothing... hope support accepts my ticket... Edit: sent off my ticket yesterday, am going to be leaving warframe alone for a while now Edit Edit: Well, seems that they didn't want to give my stuff back to how it was. I will take my leave from warframe for a good 6 months or so when I can be bothered to play the 100+ hours back into the game Bye. Ok... and? The only thing I'm getting out of this is that it's your own fault for not understanding what exactly the reset does.

Steve had constantly hell Religiously stated every time it was brought up, That you need to Think hard about resetting, In fact he's personal stance is you shouldn't reset at all. As for OP, bummer dude I know what it's like to do something fast without thinking of consequences, and I'm sure most of the people here do as well(even if they try to act as if that never happened to them). However I don't feel this topic was really necessary. There's little room for discussion here.

TheGreyGuardian Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I like how DE very carefully explained what would happen if you reset and that it would be a permanent, asked everyone to rethink resetting and re-re-re-re-re-think resetting, re-enforced that you would start fresh, re-re-re-enforced that it would not be reversible, gave us a long time to think about it, and yet the forums are still getting "I reset and now I have to work back up to where I was. I don't like it. Can I have my stuff back?" threads. I honestly don't think this thread serves any constructive purpose anymore. Lock please? Or maybe sticky this thread so people can see what'll happen if you reset-and-regret.
