No they did not!

It is just that your weapon has a too high fire rate u can not outclick. Try other weapons :)

You will notice they will "jamm" to half fire rate then.

 

If that is a solution then you are right :)

Yeah, I actually was never bothered by having a fire rate cap.  That's a very reasonable thing to have, I think.  But it was the issue where clinking "too fast" would result in a dramatic drop in fire rate, and that was a complete load.

 

Now that's gone and this is exactly what I needed for my lovely semi-autos. /)^3^(\

As far as I can tell.  At first I thought the Akbolto just didn't have the issue, but I just loaded up my Aklato and clicked up a storm, they did fine. :)
