Corpus in the Wall

During an exterminate alert mission my mini map showed a Corpus enemy near some stairs. I could hear the Crewman but I couldn't see the Crewman.

After running up and down trying to find it, I broke down and used Volt's Overload skill to nuke the area in an attempt to kill the Crewman. I succeeded in killing it and found an energy orb half in the wall marking the area the Crewman was apparently stuck in the wall.

Given the nature of the bug I wasn't able to take a clarifying screenshot during the issue, and the energy orb didn't really bring any clarity either.
