VIKING FRAME: OSCYTEL

1. Cost 25energy
North Throw: Throw Ice axe at target 500 damage to one target (affected by melee mods), hitted target have axe on his chest and is avaialble for special finisher (take out axe from target and swing it hitting the target),that slow down enemies 100% cold proc. Small AoE 3-5meters.
Explanation: Just a nice attack, slowing near opponents with finisher at single target.

 

2. Cost 25 energy on use. Cost 10 energy per second
Tornado Swings: Movement speed 200% (Can't run, but can move by mevement keys). Instantly swinging around 3swings around per second with two ice axes (affected swing speed by berserker) 200 damage per swing (affected by melee mods) 25%critical chance 200% critical damage. 50% chance to ice status. Reducing 50% incoming damage by hitting bullets by melee weapon.
Explanation: Insane movement speed with very fast swinging around. Enemies can't reach you that easy while you are using this. Defensive + offensive skill

3. Cost 75 energy
Berserker: +15% movement speed. Each melee swing add +5% critical chance up to 100% critical chance which with melee weapons grants red crits, With dual ichors 140% crit chance, only melee. 1% health drain per swing (if someone dont have Life strike in melee weapon, so it will be good skil for surviving) Duration 25 seconds.
Explanation: Not damage buff this time but Critical chance with melee weapons, there is no Red crits with melee so its will be the only or first frame that allows you to do that. Fully Offensive skill. Viking while using that skill is pulsation with red aura.

4. Cost 25 on cast energy. Cost 2.5 energy per second
Cry of the North: on use freeze all near targets for 3 seconds small radius 6 meters. Grants Ice armor that power up armor by 200%. Two Ice axes that have pure only Ice proc. 200damage (affected by melee mods), 50% status chance. 25% critical chance. 200% critical damage. Slam attack freeze all near enemies for 3 seconds in 3-4 meters radius.
Explanation:Second Defensive + offensive skill. Axes should be preety big. not as Dual Ichors or Dual Zoren XD these are small, alomost as big as Scindo but around 30% smaller. Example:

Mods affecting

Power Strength:
1.North Throw (damage on single target and finisher)
2.Tornado Swings (Damage per swing)
4.Cry of the North (armor buff % and damage on swing)

Power Duration:
3.Berserker (just a duration of it)
4. Cry of the north (Freeze duration at use and slam freeze duration)

Power Range:
1:North Throw (Slowing AoE on hit, range of throwed axe)

2.Tornado Swings (Swings range)
4.Cry of the North (Freeze AoE on cast, range of slam attack)

Melee mods affecting::
1.North Throw (damage)
2.Tornade Swings (damage, crit chance, crit damage)
4.Cry of the North (damage, crit chance, crit damage)
Elemental mods only add damage not changing or adding elements its all the time just cold damage.

Steel Charge aura mod:
1.North Throw (damage)
2.Tornado swings (damage)
4.Cry of the North (damage)
Status mods:
None.
