Really Powerful Bombards

Ive been noticing some unusually strong grineer bombards when farming keys from lua, earth. They can one shot excavators once you hit 700 cryotic (as in 7 excavators deployed and completed). The missiles range is too big, i watch a volt get downed three times without being hit, but the missile was a good distance away when exploding. Does anyone else notice this? Its getting kind of annoying. Also, I believe with a snow globe deployed with inadequate range, the rocket will hit globe, destroy it, and the explosion will hit the excavator. Is this normal?

A lot of people have been reporting Bombard weirdness in this thread: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/459888-kiste-ceres-bug/

Ahh i see, but their mission fails our excavator just dies. Bombards are either too OP or Excavators to squishy. Butthen again i watched a volt die 3 times. my frost ate a rocket that round though. who knows. maybe something did change?

Your excavator is probably dying for the same reason their defense mission fails: Bombards doing ridiculous damage with a single shot (I'm talking about 5600+ damage). The area of effect on their missiles also gets much bigger then it is supposed to be.

It's a very strange bug and it seems to be related to bombard missiles accumulating damage and AoE values upon being destroyed (see AuraSonicBoom's videos below).
