kswong98
Did some test at the Simulablah blah blah, but the didn't get the answer. So, is the damage of Blade Storm with Transient Fortitude + Intensify + Steel Charge ≥ Blind Rage + Transient Fortitude( no Steel Charge)?
Oranji
From what I tested vs a level 95 Corrupted Bombard on the Simulacrum: A. Without Steel Charge - 5 hits to kill target. B. With Steel Charge - 3 hits to kill target. Both A&B with or without steel charge, mows down 12 units of Corrupted Bombard with 1 cast. This is the build that I used for reference: Edited July 19, 2015 by Oranji
taiiat
you'll need to use it with and without Steel Charge, to identify how it calculates. as it's either a Final Multiplier or effective Power Strength. chances are it's Power Strength. unlikely to be a Final Multiplier. so then if it's Power Strength, well, it's the same as 60% Power Strength. if all of that is the case, then Blind Rage is exactly 9% better than Intensify and Steel Charge. 90% vs 99%. i'd much prefer Intensify and Steel Charge given the choice though, because that Energy Cost would be gross. not sustainable. ranks21
unless youre gonna bladestorm like a maniac then steel charge + blind rage should be sufficient Edited July 19, 2015 by ranks21

I tried it, but the problem is, the damages indicators disappears too fast, neither screen shot or bandicam can see them unless youre gonna bladestorm like a maniac then steel charge + blind rage should be sufficient I'm trying to not put Steel Charge, since the negative efficiency always troubles me
