Ash's New Shuriken - Only Registering When It Feels Like It!

Not only does it pretty much never register, but I have a severe dislike for the fact that it now seeks.

 

I appreciated the feeling of skill I got when I'd slide into a room and pin several enemies to the wall in one fell swoop. Now that it pretty much does the aiming for you it feels cheesy.

Shuriken indeed auto-locks onto targets. Even ones completely outside your field of vision.

I'm not too sure how much I like the new Shuriken. On one hand, BAHAHAHAH I'm finally killing things with it. On the other, it does feel kinda cheesy, like Eidolus said. I'd appreciate if they removed the tracking, but kept the two thrown shurikens (and tone down the puncture a tad).

Well im still at work so even thou Ash and his shuriken are like..my favourite i will NOT do any posts about them untill i can get home and test the hell out of them!

 [still wish they hadnt been changed..i LOVED the shuriken as they ARE/WERE, like the majority of Ash users all i wanted was them to be accurate so we could headshot with them]

I really hope Shuriken isn't auto-aim... I was looking forward to the Ash warframe.

It auto-locks. The Ahe I group with now walks into a room and spams them killing darn near everything. Granted we went back to Uranus to clear older stuff but really these things are stupid powerful due to how spammable they are.

 

Really hurts the fun for long-range warframes because Ashe can kill via skill-spam.

 

Keep it as either one high damage shurikan or make them multi-shurikans but they fire straight.

 

Another suggestion is make it bounce once. Still either high-damage and no auto-lock or its lower-damage and auto-lock. One not both.

Could combine the new and the old?

 

One shuriken is manually aimed, the "clones" seek?

Maybe reduce the damage of the clones to make up for the insane headshot damage on the single and manually thrown shuriken?
