Prime Time is the stream wherein Rebecca and another DE employee (usually Megan) run missions (usually with a theme) and chat about stuff. Prime Time itself is now PC-only, but there's a stream of similar format for the XboxOne and PS4 at other times (PC one's @7pm EST on Thursdays, IDK the others). Devstreams are streams where Rebecca brings in front-line devs and talks about new and upcoming stuff, with a slightly more formal atmosphere than Prime Time.
