Shock Camo Skin On The Secura Dual Cestra.

According to the patch notes the Secura Dual Cestra (from the Perrin Sequence) are able to equip the Shock Camo skin as of hotfix 16.8.1, however no such skin option appears in the appearance menu. 

There isn't even an option for skins at all on the Secura's appearance window.

 

Am I missing something or is this a known issue?

Sorry for the necro but I've recently gotten the Secura dual cestra and notice that I can't preview the skin on them.
Is it only available if you buy the shock camo pack or something? I can't seem to find a separate purchase for it either.
