Infinite energy only works when the power is as good as you are normally in usage. You could easily double or triple his energy draw and it would be fine. Sakatchi Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 Excal has been tweaked to be end game viable. If you feel he is op, you should use him outside of the star chart, or like, maybe dont mash 4. Seriously though, the skill is intended for you to be up close, since the sword itself gets 1k damage, the waves actualy do 250. The only reasion why theyre so strong, is frame mods, and weapon mods effect them. This is actually a good thing, since scaling ults would let us deal with higher leveled content with out too much trouble. More frames need to do this. Oh and if you really mean "I hate all these excalls sitting there mashing e and taking all the kills" use a hitscan weapon, the waves move pretty slow.
