Limbo Rift + Nullifier Shield Bugs

There are 2 issues with Limbo and nullifier shields.

 

1) If nullifier shield gets in Cataclysm it cannot be damaged from the inside even though it is supposed to be in the rift plane. 

Not sure if this is intentional.

 

2) Shooting through Volt's Electric Shield while in rift cannot damage nullifier shield while it can damage enemies on both planes. The same can be said about arctic eximus's snow globe.

2nd one: 'cause if you shoot through the Shield, it counts as power => Bubbleguy nullifies it. So, it's not a bug.

 

Haven't seen it with Arctic Eximi Globes though.

That makes no sense. ES is a power but bullets are not so they should shrink the nulli shield like normally imo.

When you fire the bullets thru the shield though it counts that as a power. You also don't get accuracy whilst firing thru a shield. So i believe that is working properly weather it makes sense or not. I have found issues with the Arctics as well. But i have been able to destroy there bubbles before.
