In the foundry its says that it would take 3 days to complete the rhino is that true and if it is thats a bit much.

12 hours to craft all 3 parts and then 3 days to create Warframe. But you can use your Platinum to finish building immediately

To be honest I think the Dev team are being generous on the time scale and to also allow all players to access all content within the game without you having to spend a penny. But yea 3 days for the frame long as you have the parts.

At least you can get everything you make permanently. That alone makes it worth it to me.

It's not too much at all. It's very quick for F2P players to get all the gear.
