Agreed :/ and when i look for the EE.log on windows explorer it says that the file doesn't exist >.< I'm too stupid for that kind of stuff

I cannot find the link where a DE member told us how to reveal it...it's hidden...It was like...

Alt+ click then go to tools and do something to show all folders...

I honestly don't see that happening.

However...you never know...

Compensating us could cause a rage on the forums so I strongly doubt that will happen...

If they gave us prime gear and S#&$, maybe. But a void key, a mod pack, or a few plat isn't gonna cause much of a ruckus.

Then everyone who was at school or work missing all of this would demand it as well and the uproar would never come to an end.

Hope for compensation is pointless...

It's better to just not worry about compensation at all because it's not going to happen.

Go to run and type in "appdata".

In the window that opens up, go to local, then warframe.

Inside you'll see a file named EE; attach that to a support ticket and zip it off to the support team.

You want EE, NOT EE.cfg.

Hey I'm on...here is what I've done.

1) Open Internet Explorer as an Admin.

2) Hold alt and left click.

3) Clear the SSL Cache in the Content tab

4) Go to that place where we had the Root Thawte system

5) Delete them - Running IE as an admin allows this.

6) Go back to Warframe.com main page and reinstall the certificates.

Under Certificates tab, do I click on the "Intermediate Certification Authorities" tab or the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab? I have only one item associated with thwate labeled "Thwate SSL CA" in the former, and many items associated with thwate in the latter. Do I delete all in both tabs? .____. *I feel so illiterate*

Could I possibly get a little bit of extra detail on how to do these?

EDIT: NVM, I figured it out and worked!

I only wish de could give us the chance for the helmet alert, as others have said, to compensate for this sudden issue.

But I'm fine in the end, hope I'm sure they tried their best for this mess not to happen.
