Where To Buy Mods? (Fanged Fusilage)

Okay so honestly I don't know if there is a specific forum place or not but there must be some sort of market where people go to buy mods? The in game trade chat is HORRID. I wish DE would just give us some sort of Bazaar or Market where we can list goods for 24hours honestly. 

Anyway I am looking to buy a fanged fusilage if anyone knows where to go or what forum (if any) people sell stuff in PLEASE let me know and link me. Much thanks for putting up with my noobness in advanced.

You might have trouble finding it using the search, or people finding your post, when using the wrong name for the mod. Given that 

fanged fusilage

doesn't exist.
