Clan Key Bug?

Started crafting a clan key around an hour ago however after relogging after paying for the disciple founders pack i've noticed my clan key is no longer being crafted but the resources have been spent.

 

Still new to the game so i dont actually have the resources to just restart the crafting. Just like to know whether its just a display bug and the key is actually crafting or what not.

Yeah I was about to start crafting mine, but it's gone from my foundry.

I crafted my key, but after reclaiming it from foundry, its just gone,

the new "key" button nxt to arsenal tab on main screen is gone too.

i hit build mine last night and log out but this morning when i login it's gone. i haven't claim it or anything yet. do i need to make a support ticket on this? or everyone having the same problem?

I started crafting mine last night to log on this morning and find it NOT crafting but just sitting there like I never tried to build it.. The BP is still in my foundry though.

Crafting it then immediately finishing (it's 10 plat in this case) seems to prevent losing it, if you're willing to do that.

I checked a couple of your guys' accounts and so far you all seem to either have the key or the recipe for the key. Keep in mind that leaving a clan will destroy your dojo key, forcing you to rebuild it if you join a clan again. If you are still having issues please make a support ticket.
